We may review content as permitted by law and these terms. For content suspected of infringement, violation, or security risk, we may remove links, delist resources, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts without prior consent, except where prior cooperation is required by law.

If service is interrupted due to force majeure, third-party failures, or maintenance, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service but are not liable for indirect losses beyond what applicable law requires.

Paid features, credits, download quotas, and membership benefits are governed by published pricing, order rules, and then-current promotional terms. Virtual benefits consumed in accordance with the rules generally cannot be reversed for subjective reasons, except where law provides otherwise.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, availability, or third-party authorization chain of user-uploaded content. You must assess suitability and compliance risks yourself and bear the consequences of downloading and using content.
